PRESENTATION DURING IID
Participant is encouraged to display a model, a prototype, a sample or a lap-top presentation related to the research project. This will help the panel of judges to understand the research project better. Participants may also present brochures, pictures, certificates, etc. Each participant will be provided a limited exhibition space to display his research project. An internet facility (wi-fi) is also provided
POSTER
Participant is encouraged to prepare a poster presentation
Poster preparation guidelines:
i. Participant must prepare a poster (size A1, hang type) at his own cost
ii. The poster must include:
Title
Names of researchers
Faculty or Campus or Department
a. Introduction
b. Problem statement
c. Objectives
d. Novelty
e. Usefulness
f. Commercialisation potential or Impact towards the socio economy/humanity
g. Pictures (with captions/explanation)
h. References – minimum of 8 (placed at the foot of the poster)
i. Awards/recognitions received
iii. Apart from the poster, participant is also encouraged to display related brochures, letters of recognition, photographs, etc. that will help the of judges to understand the research product better
The poster must display good English and must be submitted with the on-line registration. This is to facilitate the preparation of an IID Abstract/Directory of Research Product by RMI.
